National Apartment Management is Hiring a Groundskeeper/ porter Near Las Vegas, NV
Seeking a Groundkeeper for a Las Vegas apartment community of 256 units. Groundskeeper duties include but not limited to: Building detailing, picking up trash, cleaning common area bathrooms, empty common area trash bins, reporting all exterior issues, blowing, painting safety curbs & much much more!
Not required but a plus if knowledgeable on irrigation systems.
Looking for a high energy, well spoken individual for our apartment community. Must have great communication, be a self-starter and a team player!
Hourly TBD based on experience. This position is Mondays-Fridays / OFF on Saturdays & Sundays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
